Any easy ways to build an interactive Training Course online ?

I would like to try running online training courses as a business. I have the course content but lack the know how to get it onto the computer in anything other than the usual word, pdf, powerpoint etc. Can you buy software to build interactive training courses, like You Can to build websites, online shops etc ?

How about this: You can make your course content with PowerPoint then convert it to swf format with a PowerPoint to Flash tool, embed the flash files to your website and let your student know more about your training course.
